When you place an order on our Site, you make an offer to purchase the products selected under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. If your order is accepted, we will send you an order confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR/USD (depending on your location) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at checkout. You must ensure all payment details are correct.
4. Delivery
We ship orders from Georgia to European countries and the USA. Delivery times vary by location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order of non-personalised products within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, contact us at info@linenbear.com. This does not apply to customised items unless defective.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalised products that are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly described. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours at info@linenbear.com if there are any issues, including photos of the packaging and product.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses.
